A beautiful sizzling layer of chopped onion, diced zucchini, fresh garlic, tofu cubes, fresh adzuki beans, carrot shavings, hmmm, now what...


...ok, um, I'll sprinkle some cayenne pepper, but I'm still not sure what I'm attempting...


...ok, some concentrated tomato sauce, still, there's no story here...


...finally I make a bold move and douse the skillet in a brown sugar-dijon mustard-sea salt-red wine-filtered water glaze. High steam for 5 minutes. End of story.
