pizza dough secrets

Last night I used up three packs of yeast, and almost six cups of flour. I ended up with two large flat breads (not on purpose), but they're tasty and Village Papa snacked happily; one ball of crumbly stuff that's now in the compost bin; and luckily two small pizzas which is our contribution to today's drop-in pot luck.

I promise that when you turn to the pizza section in my book the result will be delicious stress free pizza (unlike the pizza section AKA the lesson in utter frustration I tried last night, from a book that will remain unnamed. GRRR.).

That pizza still looks good. Fyi, have you checked out the latest bread cookbook craze... ARtisan Bread in five minutes a day? You would love it.

Having trouble with the comments... but your pizza does look good, despite all the work!
