Trail Mix Marinade, take 2
* 1/4 cup almond butter
* 1/4 cup tahini
* 1/8 cup olive oil
* 3/4 cup water
* 1/4 cup Bragg All Purpose Seasoning
- pour all ingredients into a large bowl, and stir until smooth
- makes enough dressing/marinade for about 4 meals!
The first night I used the marinade for the tofu and veggies (featured in the picture) which I cooked on the BBQ, on medium, for about 15 minutes - to ensure even cooking toss bbqables every 1 to 2 minutes.
