More Cookies, Bears and Play-Doh

In the last 24 hours I've baked a quintuple (12 x 5 = 60) batch of 'Homestyle Chocolate Chip Cookies' from Vive Le Vegan!; lugged one toddler plus three bears, one duck and one lion up and down the stairs enough times that I may make it into the Guiness World Book of Records; and cleaned up Play-Doh over, and over and over...Conclusion: being a mom is hard work, but there's few things funner than watching a child dig their tiny fingers into warm chocolate chips, jam the chocolately fingers into their mouth and look at you with such gratitude and wonder.

Had the honour of meeting 5-day old baby Henry today. Sooooo, GORGEOUS. New borns rock!
