This week's goal: go through the house and declutter. Donate, recycle, and sell all our excess stuff.
Today's goal: make a great dinner with our first produce delivery from Front Door Organics.
Today baby Henry turns 1-week old! Kisses to you. XO.
UPDATE:
Our Front Door Organics arrived close to 7pm, just in time to start thinking about dinner. It was so exciting to peer inside our custom box (worth the extra $5 to be able to chose what you want) and touch the mostly Ontario grown bounty which included: 1 Gold Bug (yellow skin)watermelon, 1 Bunch Carrots with the tops, 1 Bunch Broccoli, ! Green Pepper, 1 Green Zucchini,5 Valencia Oranges, 2 Bartlett/Packham Pears, 3 Bananas, 1 Avocado, 1 Pound Black Plums, 2 Mangos, 2 Green Kiwis, 1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes, 1 Bunch Green Kale, 1 Head Boston Lettuce. Plus a couple of extra items we needed: 1 Jug Ecover laundry detergent, 1 lb Alternative Grounds full brew coffee, and Nature Clean All Purpose Cleaner.
For dinner we each had a large salad (Boston lettuce, carrot shavings, julienned green pepper, and cherry tomatoes) with a simple olive oil & balsamic vinegar dressing, and two Yves Bavarian Veggie Sausages. Fun!
