Stir fried butternut squash which was simmered in curry paste; cremini mushroom and onion sautee; steamed broccoli; a bed of brown rice; dressed in a mouth watering spicy tahina sauce (tahini, rice vinegar, hot pepper sesame oil, tamari, sea salt, fresh garlic and water), sprinkled with organic hemp seeds. This was a perfect gastronomic warm-the-belly-meal for a cool fall night.
