Corn on the Cob




KIDS' & MAMA'S AL FRESCO DINNER
re-heated leftovers on the BBQ: brown rice, pizza*, and corn on the cob; apple slices and carrot sticks

KIDS' DESSERT
homemade apple & grape juice popsicles

VILLAGE PAPA'S DINNER (MAMA ATE SOME TOO)
bed of leftover brown rice + broccoli curry (fried some leftover red onion rings + 1 large yellow onion + 5 cloves garlic + 1 large head broccoli + 1 block hard tofu, once broccoli was happy bright green doused the pan in curry bath, covered it for 8 minutes and let the steam do the rest of the cooking)

my version included leftover corn on the cob from mother's day - sliced off the cob and layered on top of my rice before adding broccoli curry

CONTEST UPDATE
