Thai Red Curry Paste vs Mild Curry Paste


Am passionate about food, less so about being a dishwashing machine, send help!

Can't decide which marinade to lather over tonight's BBQ feast (sweet potatoes, broccoli, white onions, tofu, carrots). Is it the Mae Jin Thai Red Curry Paste or Minara's Curry Paste (Mild)? If any of you have any experience with either of these would love to hear from you.
